Top Celeb Shots at Pebble Beach

There’s always a lot to look back on after a week at the AT&T Pro-Am at Pebble Beach. The celebrities are out in force, just what is needed to inject some early-season excitement into the game.

Bill Murray was in attendance, of course, alongside fellow actors Mark Wahlberg, Andy Garcia, Alfonso Ribeiro and Ray Romano. Other celebs taking part included Larry Fitzgerald, Wayne Gretzky, Kenny G, and Justin Timberlake.

Some of these guys are pretty damn good, too. Some real talent was showcased, not just by the PGA Tour regulars, over the course of last week. Watch the highlights on the video on the next page.

Mark Wahlberg played numerous shots good enough to earn a spot on the highlights reel. One came on the par-three 13th on Day 3, when the actor sunk a birdie net-eagle putt from over 40 feet. Another top-class shot from Wahlberg came on the par-three 3rd. His iron tee shot landed on the turf a few feet from the pin, side-spinning towards the hole to make it even more impressive. Did you know that Mark Wahlberg’s production company is called Hole in One Productions?

Chevron CEO John Watson (not a celebrity?) played one of the most impressive shots of the week. He approached the green with what appears to be an 8 iron on the final hole. His ball landed on the green and rolled into the hole, thanks to a bit of check spin.
